Returns:

Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. To return an item: Contact our Customer Service team on support@evolutivelabs.com to confirm you're entitled to a return, with two photos of the product to proof the product is unused.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Ship via carrier of your choice (we don’t pay for return delivery) Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued. Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card used for the original purchase.

Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Limited lifetime warranty:

Rhino shield offers significant direct impact protection (as seen in our youtube video). However, drop protection really depends on the orientation of the drops, if the first point of contact is protect by Rhino Shield i.e. land it on the face, then the screen would definitely be fine. In another scenario, i.e. facedown but tilt, if the tilt angle is less than 30% (horizon is 0 degree), there is very high chance of survival rate. Above this angle, the frame and casing plays more important role. Therefore we do not offer any warranty if your screen breaks.

We do fully stand behind our product, so if you experienced any problem (i.e scratch or peeling) we will replace the product for you (you would have to send us two pictures for our documentation) We will also ask you to pay for the shipping.
